I work at the intersection of legal education, career development, and institutional data.
My background is in quantitative political science, including statistical methods and formal modeling, and that training shapes how I approach most questions in my career. I see student outcomes as both individual stories and patterns within larger systems, and I'm interested in what those patterns can tell us about how to improve the systems.
That background coupled with my experience in classroom teaching, student advising, education non-profit board membership, and coaching nationally competitive moot court teams, has pushed me toward institutional strategy. I am especially interested in understanding how analytics can inform decisions, not just describe the outcomes.
